Many times we come across people who are balding at a very high speed. The cause of it could vary from person to person but heredity is one of the most important causes of hair loss, especially in men. In cases such as this one, we can use any number of grafts and we still will not be able to cover the whole area. There is a limitation to the number of grafts that can be extracted and thus we need to take medicinal support which not only supports our transplant but also helps in retaining the existing hair. Because we had to cover a large area, we decided a maximum of 5400 grafts which had to be extracted by a combination of FUE and FUT surgeries. It is not possible to extract this no by FUE alone and anyone claiming to do it is misinformation you and mishandling your donor area. The surgery was carried out over two days and the grafts were placed to help cover this large area. The placement of grafts carefully is very important so that we achieve the best possible results.
