The patient presented with an unnatural hairline and low density in the frontal region due to a poorly performed hair transplant in the past. Upon evaluation, it became apparent that the patient had limited donor hair available for repair, posing a significant challenge in achieving a natural and aesthetically pleasing hairline correction. Given the constraints of the limited donor hair supply, our team of experts devised a comprehensive treatment plan that incorporated a combination of techniques to address the patient's specific needs. The objective was to restore a natural-looking hairline and improve density in the frontal region while making the most of the available donor hair.

The success of this case study can be attributed to the effective implementation of the combination technique, utilizing both FUT and FUE. By combining these techniques, we were able to overcome the challenges of limited donor hair and achieve optimal results in frontal hair restoration.
The combination of FUT and FUE provided several advantages in this case. FUT allowed for the extraction of a larger number of grafts in a single session, maximizing the yield of hair follicles. FUE, on the other hand, enabled the extraction of additional hair follicles from various areas, providing a more abundant supply for transplantation.
